FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of aircraft engine construction, in particular to the manufacture of sound-absorbing devices of turbojet engines. Method includes the manufacture of sound-absorbing aggregate and its subsequent connection with the tract and outer shells. Sound-absorbing aggregate is carried out in the form of separate sections, the inner surface of each is identical to the outer surface of the tract membrane, the sections are formed by polymerization of profiles laid in the required number of tiers on the forming mandrel of profiles, for example, in the form of a quadrilateral, obtained by winding a tape of a composite material on the forming elastic-deformable elements, followed by removing the formed sections of the sound-absorbing aggregate from the forming mandrel and removing the forming elastic-deforming elements, then a sheath is wrapped with a ribbons or filaments of a composite material onto the forming mandrel of the sound-absorbing aggregate, placed around it circumferentially adjoining each other and combining profiles the formed sections of the sound-absorbing aggregate, they are wound on them in a manner similar to the tract outer sheath, are polymerized, removed from the mandrel, and perforations are made in the tract sheath and the walls of the profiles facing it. In the manufacture of individual sections of sound-absorbing aggregate between layers of profiles lay antiadhesive separation layer, and then the polymerization process formed sections are divided into separate layers, removing anti-adhesive separation layer. Placing the sections on the tract membrane is carried out through the adhesive sublayer with a shift around the circumference.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase the reliability of the design of the sound-absorbing device of a turbojet engine.
