FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engine production and can be used in production of turbojet engines. Proposed method comprises winding the tape impregnated with composite material binder on forming rubber inserts, assembling said wound inserts into pack, polymerising said pack in thermal furnace, cooling the pack and withdrawing aforesaid forming inserts. Prior to winding composite material, a layer of fluoroplastic suspension is applied onto the surface of said inserts and dried at 15-35°C for 25-40 minutes. During polymerisation, the pack is first heated to 115-125°C, held at said temperature for an hour and heating to 165-175°C is continued for 2.5 h. Note here that pack heating is performed at the rate of 15°C per hour. Cooling is first performed in thermal furnace to 40°C, then in air to a room temperature. Forming inserts are withdrawn not earlier than 24 h before and not later than 48 h after polymerisation.

EFFECT: decreased labor input, higher quality.
