FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of road construction materials and can be used for repairing aerodrome and road surfaces. The invention relates to a cold road concrete mix which contains mineral filler and binder based on oil bitumen. The mineral filler used is sand from screenings of crushed granite or gabbro-norite rocks and natural sand, and the binder is bitumen, benzine and/or diesel fuel and divinyl - styrene thermoplastic elastomer, with the following ratio of components, wt %: natural sand 10-18, road bitumen 4.5-7, benzine and/or diesel fuel 1-5, divinyl - styrene thermoplastic elastomer 0.01-0.3, sand from screenings of crushed granite or gabbro-norite rocks - the rest up to 100%.

EFFECT: good workability, good adhesion of the obtained surface to a base, ultimate compression strength of the material (after heating) is not below 0,5 MPa; possibility of laying mix at low temperature (below 0°C); avoiding the need to use primer compositions; lower temperature for preparing the concrete road mix with final temperature of the mix upon exit from the mixer not above 40°C.
