FIELD: lighting.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to solar technology, and namely to combined solar power plants for producing heat and electricity. Plant includes solar batteries with modular mirror solar power concentrators which are arranged on load-carrying construction provided with solar tracking system and receive radiation of photoelectric converters with electric power storage unit, circulation heat transfer circuits for cooling photoelectric converters and for production of heat. Photoelectric converters are double-sided semiconductor structures with vertical p-n-junctions which are located in focus of mirror concentrators in housings filled with heat carrier and with transparent openings; at that, heat carrier is transparent for photoactive radiation and non-transparent (i.e. it performs absorption) for non-photoactive radiation, and in addition, mirror concentrators are provided with planar solar batteries installed in central zone of inlet aperture of mirror concentrators.

EFFECT: invention increases total efficiency by means of effective use of removed heat at simultaneous generation of electricity, simplifies the design owing to modular construction of the plant, which leads to reduction of its manufacturing cost.
