SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of electrical engineering and may be used as source of reference voltage. In order to achieve technical result, device comprises the first resistor, connected by its one outlet to supply busbar, the second resistor connected by one outlet to common busbar, transistor connected by gate to supply busbar, and by drain - to output terminal, stabilitron connected by cathode to output terminal, and by anode - to common busbar, drain of transistor is connected to other outlets of resistors.
EFFECT: improved coefficient of stabilisation in input voltage.
