SUBSTANCE: application: in the field of electrical engineering. Filter comprises the first, second windings, and control resistor, which is serially connected to the first winding, and also the first, second magnetically operated sealed switches, amplifier, phase-turn circuit and actuator, besides the first winding is wound onto the first magnetically operated sealed switch, the second one - on the second magnetically operated sealed switch, amplifier is connected by it input to winding of the second magnetically operated sealed switch, executive body is connected by it input to winding of the first magnetically operated sealed switch, input of phase-turn circuit is connected to output of amplifier, winding of the first magnetically operated sealed switch with control resistor - to output of phase-turn circuit, and magnetically operated sealed switches with windings are fixed so that centre of gravity of the first one matches point with coordinates h1=1.155d, x1=0 and , of the second one - to point with coordinates h2=1.155d, x2=2d and , where h1, h2, h is distance in vertical plane from horizontal line passing through centres of gravity of magnetically operated sealed switches to current conductors, γ12) is angle between horizontal line and longitudinal axis of magnetically operated sealed switch, x1 (x2) is distance from centre of gravity of magnetically operated sealed switch to vertical line passing through centre of current conductor of phase A, d is distance between conductors of neighboring phases.
