FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: device for the maximum current protection of the electrical installation on the reed switches contains a housing with a cover made in the form of a parallelepiped. In one part of the body, on its bottom, a rectangular-shaped protrusion is formed, across which there is an opening in which an adjusting bolt is inserted through the groove of the first rectangular bar located adjacent to the protrusion. The adjusting bolt is fixed with a nut. The scale on the top side of the first bar is marked. On the upper side of the protrusion parallel to the longitudinal axis of its opening, a notch is made to visually determine the change in the position of the first bar. On the first bar, with the help of a screw, the second rectangular bar is fixed. On the side of the second bar, at the same distance from each other, four through holes are made, inside which four reed switches are fastened parallel to each other. In the central part of the case, on its bottom, a box in the form of a parallelepiped is fixed. Inside the box there is a resistor, a capacitor, an intermediate relay, the first and second terminal blocks. The second terminal block is fixed inside the coaxial holes, made in the side walls of the housing and the box. In the end wall of the case there is an opening for input and output of wires, near which a cable channel is fixed. In the other part of the body, on the inner and outer sides of its bottom, four corners are fixed in pairs with each other by means of bolts and nuts for fixing the body in the magnetic field of the current-carrying bus of the electrical installation. The reed switches are connected in parallel to the first terminal block by means of wires passing through the cable duct. The resistor is connected to one of the negative terminals of the first terminal block, to the first input of the intermediate relay and to the first capacitor plate. The second input of the intermediate relay is connected to the positive terminals of the first and second terminal blocks. The second negative terminal of the second terminal block is connected to the second capacitor plate and the first output of the intermediate relay. The second output terminal of the intermediate relay and the circuit breaker of the electrical installation switch are connected to the second negative terminal of the second terminal block. A source of direct operational current is connected to the positive terminal and to the first negative terminal of the second terminal block.
EFFECT: increased device sensitivity.
