SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the process of manufacturing coffee substitutes. The method provides for preparing the recipe components, extracting caraway seeds using liquid nitrogen with correspondent miscella separation, cutting girasol, drying it in a microwave field at given process parametres and roasting it, cutting rosehips, apples and pears, their drying in a microwave field at given process parametres and their convective post-drying, mixing up the girasol with the rosehips, apples and pears, impregnating the obtained mixture with the separated miscella while simultaneously increasing the pressure, then relieving the pressure to the atmospheric one, simultaneously freezing the mixture and subjecting it to cryogenic grinding in the environment of released nitrogen.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain instant powder for a new flavoured coffee drink using a waste-free technology.
