FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of psychology and can be used for professional selection of employees, as well as for detection of personality characteristics and prediction of possible reactions and ways of person's behavior in various situations. As stimulating material, tested person is given a game including set of playing activities. At least, one playing activity is chosen and fulfillment by tested person of chosen playing activity is registered. Set of playing activities is formed using testing procedure. After fulfillment by tested person of chosen playing activity, chosen playing activity is processed, and detection of personality peculiarity is realised by results of chosen playing activity processing.
EFFECT: reduction of tension level in situation of testing, which, results in increase of accuracy and reliability of detection of personality peculiarity.
