FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation could be applied for professional selection and, also, detection and quantitative evaluation the degree of predominance of different psychological personal characteristics under different situations. One should apply Kettel's test and evaluation of psychological personal peculiarities should be stated upon the data obtained. Moreover, one should evaluate a person by test's MMPI scales, scales of person's belonging to a certain sociotype and temperament scales, thus, it is necessary to calculate values of every scale taking into account the answers given to test's questionnaire. By MMPI scales one should calculate by the following formulas: value 1 of MMPI scale = 25+(5•((Q4+G+10-Q1)/3)), value 2 of MMPI scale = 25+(5•((10-C+O)/2)), value 3 of MMPI scale = 25+(5•((F+H)/2)), value 4 of MMPI scale = 25+(5•((E+10-Q3-G+10)/3)), value 5 of MMPI scale = 15+(5•I), value 6 of MMPI scale = 25+(5•((L+C+Q3)/3)), value 7 of MMPI scale = 25+(5•((O+I)/2)), value 8 of MMPI scale = 25+(5•((Q2+Q1)/2)), value 9 of MMPI scale = 25+(5•((C+E)/2)), value 0 of MMPI scale = 25+(5•(10-H), where C, E, F, G, H, I, L, O, Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4 - correspond to digital values corresponding to the degree of properties detected by Kettel's test. For sociotype scales: rationality (F1) G+G, irrationality (F2) 20-C-G, logic (F3) Q2+10-F, ethics (F4) F+10-Q2, intuition (F5) 20-M-O, sensorics (F6) O+M, introversion (F7) 20-E-H, Extraversion (F8) E+H, where F1,..., F8 - conditioned sign of a value; C, E, F, G, H, M, O, Q2 - correspond to digital values corresponding to the degree of properties observed by Kettel's test. For temperament scales: phlegmatic type (MMPI 6+MMPI 1)/2, sanguinic type (MMPI 9 + MMPI 3)/2, choleric type MMPI 4, melancholic type (MMPI 7 + MMPI 5 + MMPI 2)/3, and at no data by the scale 5 of MMPI test according to the following expression: melancholic (MMPI 7 + MMPI 2)/2, where MMPI 1,..., MMPI 9 - the values of MMPI test. The innovation enables to increase the number of factors under evaluation that affect reliability of evaluating psychological personal peculiarities and shorten the terms of testing, as well.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of evaluation.
