FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: when it is necessary to carry out inhalation anesthesia regulation of inhaled concentration of anesthetic is carried out by means of low-resistance evaporator stabilised by consumption of gaseous mixture. Said evaporator is installed both outside respiration contour on line of fresh gas flow, and inside respiration contour, in this case directing part of gaseous mixture, equal to difference between minute ventilation and fresh gas flow, past evaporator through bypass. Gas flow through bypass is regulated proportionally to difference between current and set values of inhaled concentration. During induction or deepening of anesthesia upper limit of inhaled concentration is determined as product of set mark of evaporator scale and ratio of minute ventilation to fresh gas flow. Rule of determining inhaled concentration of anesthetic during induction and maintaining anesthesia is shown on panel of inhaled concentration control.
EFFECT: invention allows to ensure efficient control of anesthesia depth due to quick regulation of anesthetic concentration in inhaled mixture at any stages of inhalation anesthesia on semi-closed contour.
