FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. An evaporator comprises an anaesthetic chamber 1 with evaporating elements and a thermal stabiliser, a gas-distribution device inserted into the chamber with the concentration scale 3 in the form of a longitudinally travelling tubular slide valve 4 with an axial cone connected with a seat at a chamber output and a core obturator ring. The gas-distribution device is provided with a plug valve at the chamber input in the form of an obturator ring 8 on an external wall of the tubular slide v lave 4 and enveloping the seats thereof 12 on the internal wall of the chamber; it is horizontal. The evaporating elements are shaped after the internal walls of the chamber 1 to form parallel slots 20, 21 and filled with a thermally stabilising liquid 18. A taper ratio and length of the axially symmetrical duct 13, 14, 15 adjustable by the slide valve at the input, output and parallel to the evaporator at the various marks of the concentration scale 2.
EFFECT: more stable anaesthetic dosage and downsizing of the device.
