FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: vibrating machine comprises housing with bearing units, eccentric generator of harmonic vibrations consisting of at least two eccentric assemblies with two pairs of inert weights, their eccentrics being located on one axis and displaced by ±45° with respect to generated vibration forces. Lower part of second housing accommodates smaller-diametre hydraulic cylinder with its piston coupled, via rod, with lower site of vibrating machine first housing. Smaller-diametre hydraulic cylinder is mounted on larger-diametre hydraulic cylinder with its piston rigidly coupled with anvil body via dampers. Said anvil is coupled with vibrating machine second housing. Chambers of aforesaid hydraulic cylinders are filled with fluid and communicated, via hydraulic line and check valve, with high-pressure hydrogas accumulator.
EFFECT: simplified design, higher reliability, reduced power consumption, increased downing speed.
