FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to construction industry, for instance for driving of reinforced concrete or extra-heavy metal shell piles. Electric hammer comprises N first bodies with stators and bearings. Inside stators there is ferromagnetic anchor-striker arranged with short-circuited winding 6 along its external surface with the possibility of free reciprocal motion in air gap. Anchor-striker is equipped with tails, in bearings, which are actively lubricated together with stator via pipelines with valves. The latter provides for ideal lubrication of fractioning surfaces, and introduction of additional suction and exhaust pipelines even more improves conditions of electric hammer cooling. Introduction of shock absorbers and pneumatic damper improves mode of pile driving without its damage, shock absorber completely eliminates impact effect at electric hammer body. Introduction of elements for pile fixation to anvil stand and body by means of stems eliminates mode of hammer kick in process of striker speed-up and improves frequency mode of operation.
EFFECT: provision of high reliability in operation.
