FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vibration equipment, namely to flywheel devices of mechanical vibrations exciters in construction and seismic engineering. Vibrating machine comprises cylindrical housing with vibration tables, shock-absorber with balance weight, vibration exciter with drive shaft and gear motor. Vibration exciter is made in form of solid cylinder placed inside cylindrical body of vibratory machine, and this vibration exciter solid cylinder in upper and lower its end surfaces is made in form of N sine-shaped with spans “δ” and polar pitches “τ” of rail tracks, on which there are bearing assemblies with axles attached to upper and lower ends of inner part of cylindrical housing of vibratory machine, gear motor of which is connected to frequency-controlled electric drive. Solid cylinder of vibration exciter with rail tracks can reciprocate inside cylindrical housing by “δ” value of sinusoidal stroke of rail tracks and possibility of rotation inside cylindrical housing by gear motor shaft, vibrating machine can be made with vibration exciter composed of hollow solid cylinder with upper and lower end parts of rail tracks laid and resting on bearings in vibratory machine housing, this hollow solid cylinder has possibility of back-and-forth movement in vertical direction inside vibratory machine housing and rotate at railway tracks for value of stroke “δ” by drive motors of not less than 2 pieces with disks of coupling on outer side surface of vibration exciter solid hollow cylinder of vibratory machine or by one motor with short-circuited rotor, inert mass.
EFFECT: provision of high frequencies and mechanical forces at minimum amount of structural elements, which provides high reliability of vibratory machine.
