SUBSTANCE: there are made two external dummies connected by diffusion welding thus producing blade billet. The billet consists of a board section and of a tail section. At least one external dummy consisting of at least the first and the second sections is fine blanked in at least two successive stages. During these stages the first section is fine blanked, further, the second section is fine blanked. Also there is used a set of matrixes containing the first and the second matrix. The first matrix consists of two parts and a connecting zone between them. The second matrix corresponds to the external dummy.
EFFECT: lowered expenditures for blade fabrication.
