METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF WOOD GLUED STRUCTURES AND SAWN GOODS Russian patent published in 2010 - IPC B27M1/00 

FIELD: woodworking industry.

SUBSTANCE: method for production of wood glued structures and sawn goods includes drying of saw timber, removal of defect sections, jointing of lamels along length into layers, mechanical treatment of layers, application of glue, pressing of glued packs, their mechanical treatment. The novelty is the fact that in process of glued structure assembly, prepared layers of fixed length are formed in turns, one stock is installed, then another one of high-quality wood, being jointed by gear-wedge studs and produced from processed low-grade raw materials by means of defect sections removal: knots, bark pockets, pitch pockets, blueing, cracks, core, curvature, warpage, wane, layers are selected, and jointed areas of another prepared layer are installed, if possible, in the middle between joints of previous layer, and lamels with optimal fixed length of 180-1000 mm are used for jointing with gear-wedge studs.

EFFECT: production of glued wood structures with high specific quality characteristics along whole massif of item by mechanical loads and surface properties.
