SUBSTANCE: proposed hopper comprises inclined side and face walls, face wall lower parts comprising vertical sections. Lower section of one of the side inclined hinged walls can turn relative to hinged joint outward from the hopper to extreme vertical position. Vertical sections of face wall lower parts are limited by vertical cuts to close lower section of side inclined wall lower part in the wall vertical position. Hinged lower part of side inclined wall is articulated with the drive. Hopper opposite side wall accommodates vertical guides attached thereto to allow the slide to move and be locked therein, said slide supporting a gate with cylindrical bottom and two side members representing circular segments. Aforesaid guides are furnished with stops fixed on the guides ends for slide to interact therewith.
