FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: silo includes inclined walls, outlet hole arranged at the silo bottom and having the device for unloading the goods from the silo. In order to prevent arch formation, on inclined silo walls there installed are belt circuits infinitely closed on drive and end drums and oriented from the top downward along the silo wall generatrixes. The aforesaid belts are steel and all-rolled. External surfaces of drums are located tangentially to the plane coinciding with internal surface of the silo wall, upper branches of belts are located parallel to internal surfaces of the silo walls and with possibility of interacting with them, and lower branches - with gaps relative to external surfaces of the silo walls. Lower branches are located so that they can envelope the pressure roller with belt deflection inside the circuit, drive and tension drums are located in rectangular openings made in the silo walls. Lower drum is located in direct proximity to outlet hole of the silo, and on the silo wall adjacent to that drum there fixed is replaceable scraper so that it interacts with belt of the circuit. Belt movement speed is taken equal to average speed of goods movement when they are being discharged from the silo.
EFFECT: invention allows excluding or minimising the possibility of arch formation immediately above the outlet hole of the silo, improving reliability and effectiveness of its operation.
