SUBSTANCE: device for unloading lumpy material from the bunker contains a chute located at an angle of 60° to the horizontal and having a flat cross-sectional shape with sides, installed in the grooves of the side walls of the hopper, which are guides for the chute, and the sides of the chute cover the side walls of the hopper, the nozzle fixed on the outer side of the end wall of the hopper with the possibility of rotation and fixation, made in the form of a trapezoidal box sections with a pilot located on the side of the smaller base and elastic V-shaped nozzles made with longitudinal grooves. The elastic nozzles are installed in the grooves of the end wall of the bin. The chute is installed at the outlet and inlet openings of the hopper on drums additionally introduced and freely resting on the outer surface, supported on the axles through rolling bearings rigidly attached to the walls of the hopper, and is connected to the upper part of the hopper by threaded connections. An additional wall is made under the chute, rigidly connected to the side walls extended downwards and located perpendicular to the latter, and material outflow exciters are additionally fixed to it, made in the form of hydraulic cylinders installed in cylindrical guides and connected by their ends with cylindrical hinges, respectively, to the additional wall and movable plate with sides.

EFFECT: efficiency of unloading lumpy materials from the bunker is increased.
