FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: rubber composition contains 100 pts. wt rubber component [(a)+(b)] obtained from 20-80 wt % vinyl-cis-butadiene rubber (a) containing three components: 1,2 polybutadiene with melting point equal to above 170°C, high molecular substance with at least one unsaturated double bond on one repeating unit and which is a substance selected from at least one: polyisoprene, crystalline polybutadiene with melting point equal to or below 150°C, liquid polybutadiene and derivatives thereof, and a third component as a matrix component - cis-polybutadiene and (b) from 80 to 20 wt % rubber on a diene base, different from (a); and (c) from 40 to 100 pts. wt rubber reinforcement agent containing 40% or more silicon dioxide. (a) is obtained through cis-1,4-polymerisation of 1,3-butadiene in a solution on a hydrocarbon base using a catalyst with addition of a high-molecular substance after cis-polymerisation with subsequent 1,2-polymerisation. 1,2-polybutadiene is dispersed in short crystalline fibre state, just as the high-molecular substance is dispersed in cis-polybutadiene rubber separately, or in a state where they are linked to each other.

EFFECT: improvement of the rubber composition during extrusion with retention of good operational characteristics for skidding on a wet road, exothermal characteristics and resistance to abrasive wear.
