FIELD: rubber industry; tires.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pneumatic tire designed for running on ice. Proposed tire has layer of foam rubber of surface in contact with road pavement, expansion ratio of foam rubber layer being 3-50%. To form layer of foam rubber, rubber mix is used containing natural caoutchouc and polybutadiene caoutchouc as rubber component, carbon soot, silicon dioxide, organic fibers (a) free from microparticles and organic fibers (b) containing microparticles, ratio of mixing of organic fibers (a) free from microparticles with organic fibers (b) containing microparticles being within 98/2-2/98.
EFFECT: provision of perfect running on ice (braking and adhesion characteristics on plane), convenience and ease of manufacture of tire.
