FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method includes preliminary heating of natural fats or oils or their mixtures to temperature from 20°C to 50°C, mixing of specified natural fats and/or oils in ratio of 1:1 with calcium oxide (CaO), addition of water in specified mixture from natural fats and/or oil and CaO in amount sufficient for conversion of added CaO into CaOH and heating of reaction mixture to temperature of 100-150°C. Mixture is exposed to effect of pressure from 2 to 4 bar, in order to actuate saponification reaction. Mass produced as a result of reaction has content of fatty acids of more than 80 wt % directly after reaction of saponification. Calcium soap contains more than 80 wt % of fatty acids, and it is used for animal feeding.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to produce calcium soaps with high content of fatty acids, and to improve fat digestion due to consumption of calcium soaps by animals.
