FIELD: fodder production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fodder production, in particular, to fodder additive for cattle. Additive is a microcapsule with diameter of not more than 5 mm, which shell consists of alginate, and core from complex of polyunsaturated fatty acids - from soya fractionated lecithin and sunflower sludge, wherein ratio of complex of polyunsaturated fatty acids to alginate is (6-8):(4-2).
EFFECT: invention usage allows to produce high-energy product.
