FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: system consists of pipelines of fuel gas, inert gas and oxygen, of collector with pipelines for supply fuel gas to air tuyers, of bypass pipeline, of shut off, measuring, control and protective accessories arranged on pipelines and of instruments, of perforated tube with blind end connected to oxygen pipeline; said perforated tube is arranged coaxially in section of fuel gas pipeline limited with shut off accessories; also length of section equals to not less, than 2.5-3.0 of its diametre. Apertures in the perforated tube are made in staggered order, while summary area of apertures is 0.5-0.7 of area of cross section of the perforated tube.
EFFECT: utilisation of invention facilitates elimination of formation of dead levels and explosion hazardous mixture, also facilitates complete mixture homogenising.
