FIELD: metallurgy, namely preparation of blast tuyeres mounted in steel casting ladle for operation.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes tube for supplying oxygen onto hot surface of blast tuyere; acoustic device arranged in front of said tube and having at least three acoustic irradiators in the form of gas passing tubes with cone nozzles, tubes of resonators, acoustic and oxygen collectors. Axes of gas passing tubes and tubes of resonators are coincided and they are arranged normally relative to axis of acoustic collector. Apparatus creates acoustic field in zone of treatment of surface of blast tuyeres.
EFFECT: reduced quantity of ecologically harmful exhaust materials at cleaning tuyeres, lowered destruction degree of refractory mass of tuyeres, shortened time period for cleaning tuyeres.
