FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: three-component laser metre of object microdisplacements comprises electronic unit of signals processing, metering tip, device of metering tip positioning and prism reflector. Three semiconductor laser diodes are installed parallel to each other. Each semiconductor laser diode is optically connected to prism reflector, which is rigidly installed on hinged base of metering tip positioning device. Axis of radiation of each semiconductor laser diode is oriented at a separate facet of prism reflector, besides beams of facets are reflected at light-sensitive elements. On outer side of metering tip positioning device there is metering tip fixed.
EFFECT: increased dynamic accuracy of measurements and improved durability of structure.
