SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing coffee substitutes. Method provides for preparation of the recipe components, extraction of red tea by liquid nitrogen with corresponding miscella separation, girasol cutting, drying in microwave field at preset process parametres and frying, barley grain, oat grain, acorns and nuts frying, mixing of girasol, barley grain, oat grain, acorns and nuts, impregnation of the obtained mixture by separated miscella is performed with simultaneous pressure boost and depressurisation till atmosphere pressure with simultaneous freezing of mixture and its cryomilling in medium of evolved nitrogen.
EFFECT: method enables to obtain new flavoured coffee beverage and prevent waste generation.
