SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing instant powders for flavoured coffee drinks. Method provides for preparation of the recipe components, extraction of jeera by liquid nitrogen with corresponding miscella separation, girasol cutting, drying it in microwave field at preset process parametres and frying, barley grain, oat grain, acorns and nut kernels frying, mixing of girasol, barley grain, oat grain, acorns and nut kernels in mass ratio of 3:7:3:4:3, impregnation of the obtained mixture by separated miscella is performed with simultaneous pressure boost and depressurisation till atmosphere pressure with simultaneous freezing of mixture and its cryomilling in medium of evolved nitrogen.
EFFECT: method enables to produce new flavoured coffee drink instant powder according to nonwaste technology.
