SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing coffee substitutes. Method provides for preparation of recipe components, extraction of peach refuse by liquid nitrogen with corresponding miscella separation, girasol cutting, drying in microwave field at preset process parametres and frying, cutting rosehips, drying them in microwave field at preset process parametres and drying them up as well as apples and pears by convective method, barley grain frying, mixing of girasol, barley grain, rosehips, apples and pears, impregnation of obtained mixture by separated miscella is performed with simultaneous pressure boost and depressurisation till atmosphere pressure with simultaneous freezing of mixture and its cryomilling in medium of evolved nitrogen.
EFFECT: method enables to obtain new flavoured coffee drink instant powder according to nonwaste technology.
