SUBSTANCE: in desugaring tanks in the form of soft bag envelopes there are created excessive pressure during feeding of emulsions through branches located in top part of one of tank ends. Desilt water after separation of emulsion are removed through branches located in bottom part of inverse ends of soft bag separation tanks. It is controlled process of separation by quality of removed from tanks water. Separation tanks are located on top of water or land depending on necessity, removing branches are outfitted by filters of additional cleaning from residue carbons, decolorised water is removed directly into water body or on the lay of land. Separation tanks are outfitted by sensors of extreme its filling by oil-containing emulsions and sensors of quality of removed water and it is implemented from polymer materials of disposable usage with protective from spikes resin support under its basis, if sleeve tanks are located on land.

EFFECT: cost cutting and expansion of method scope.
