FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: storm ladder includes steps made of hollow tubes and arranged on two ropes between coil bushings put on ropes. Grip hooks are fixed on upper ends of ropes. From below, ropes of storm ladder end with eccentric retainers, above which compensating sleeves are put on ropes. Sleeves have a longitudinal slot extended to upper conical part of sleeves. Strom ladder gains rigidity by the ropes being tensed with eccentric retainers.
EFFECT: transportation convenience of storm ladder is achieved.
