FIELD: shipbuilding; rescue ships.
SUBSTANCE: declared high-speed rescue vessel (HSRV), capable of submerging under water, comprises a constant floating volume formed by two strong sealed compartments: the crew cabin in the bow, the engine compartment in the stern. Between them, in a permeable light body, there is a cargo compartment with replaceable functional modules, a storage battery, fuel, surge, trim and ballast tanks. From below, hydrofoils are attached to the light hull of the vessel, and hatches with sliding electromagnetic covers are installed in the bottom of the cargo compartment for quick filling of the compartment with water and draining it, as well as for releasing and receiving divers. The hydrofoil movement of the HSRV allows minimizing the time of delivery of rescuers to the emergency ship (vessel), and replaceable functional modules allow solving various search and rescue tasks. The ability of the HSRV to dive under water will allow it to perform search and rescue operations for submariners from an emergency submarine even when the heaving is over 3 points.
EFFECT: in addition to rescue operations, the high-speed multifunctional surface-submarine vessel is also capable of solving other tasks if the necessary functional modules are available.
