FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: method of lifts remote control is a method on data accumulation to be used in remote control process; pre-training is provided. Signals corresponding to lift movement are recorded as accumulated data. Then these signals are converted to lift trip signals per the set period divided by count lengths; obtained data are corresponded to real time clock data while they are put by the count lengths within the set measurement period as a mathematical expectation of lift trip value separately in every count length. Decision threshold is determined individually for every count length. Device used to implement this method, incorporates lift cabin with driven elements and lift control unit; lift cabin movement sensor; processing unit; converter installed between sensor and processing unit; and, at least, one data transfer device. Processing unit contains computing element with accumulator; comparison unit, inlet of which is connected to computing element and outlet of which is outlet of processing unit; time counter with real time clock, inlet of which is inlet of processing unit and outlet of which is connected to computing element; trip counter for every count length, inlet of which is connected to processing unit inlet and outlet of which is connected to another comparison unit.

EFFECT: increase of reliability and validity of evaluation of lifts serviceability.
