SUBSTANCE: method for optimizing the operation of the elevator is proposed. Method includes collecting information about the values of the specified elevator parameters, analyzing the values of the specified elevator parameters and optimizing the operation of the elevator. Elevators are grouped according to specified criteria. For each group of elevators, the values of the set parameters are collected, then the optimized parameters are selected and the current profile of the operation of the elevator group is determined. Then, the current profile of the lift group operation is optimized separately for each optimized parameter or for each group of related optimized parameters and the optimized profile is transferred to the elevators from the group. Definition and optimization of the current profile of the operation of the elevator group are carried out by means of software modules, each of which is aimed at optimizing the operation of the elevator by one separate optimized parameter or one separate group of interrelated optimized parameters. System for optimizing the operation of the elevator is also proposed.

EFFECT: increase in the speed of the process of optimizing the elevator is achieved.
