FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to engine production. Proposed ICE comprises compressor, expansion chamber and combustion chamber with intake and discharge valves. Rotors fitted on the shaft furnished with flywheel arranged on shaft extension are mounted inside compressor and expansion chamber. Rotors are arranged off-center, shifted in one direction. Compressor and expansion chamber sealing vanes are fitted in guides spring loaded towards rotors. Spring-loaded valves are actuated by cams. Exhaust throttle valve features variable stroke controlled by variable-height cam.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and improved ecology.
