METHOD OF OPERATION AND DEVICE OF ROTARY-VANE INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE WITH SYSTEM OF GAS-ACCUMULATING RECUPERATION Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC F02B75/02 F02B47/08 F01C1/07 F02B55/14

Abstract RU 2302539 C2

FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of operation and devices of rotary vane engines. Proposed method comes to compression of working medium in compression space, forcing out working medium into combustion chamber, combustion of fuel in working medium, bypassing from combustion chamber into expansion chamber, expansion and replacement of waste gases by fresh charge. Ratio of mass of working medium passed during working cycle from compression space into combustion chamber to mass of working medium passed from combustion chamber into expansion space is regulated, thus changing ratio of work of expansion to work co compression. Part of waste gases is cooled and mixed with fresh charge, mass portion of waste gases in fresh charge is regulated from zero to unity. Engine for implanting proposed method contains cylindrical working space with two coaxial rotors with blades, transmission mechanism, combustion chamber, end face covers of working space, and fuel delivery system. Transmission mechanism is made in form of at least two crankshafts rotating in carrier. Each crankshaft has at least to crankpins by means of which crankshaft is connected with rotor hubs through connecting rods, and at least one toothed rim which is in meshing with at least one fixed wheel. Replacement of waste gases in working chambers by fresh charge is provided through channels communicating with working space and overlapped by controlled valves. Combustion chamber is made in form of flame tubes communicating with gas receiver.

EFFECT: increased effective efficiency of engine of vehicle operating in city, reduced toxicity of exhaust gases and increased specific power output.
