FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to engineering of hydraulic drive and can be implemented in various hydraulic-pneumatic systems of hoisting machines, agricultural, road construction and other mobile machines, also in machine-tool building, oil (for drilling rigs) and mining industries. The method of energy recuperation consists in transfer of load position force into heat of working medium of hydro-system at lowering load down by means of a throttle hydraulic system overcoming hydraulic resistance; produced heat is accumulated with a heat accumulator, is received with a heat exchanger of the heat engine and is transformed into mechanical energy for drive of hoisting facilities in the cycle of heat engine operation. To implement the method the hydraulic-pneumatic system contains the throttle hydraulic system forming the circuit of circulation with the heat exchanger and the heat engine forming with its heat exchanger a closed circuit of circulation; also heat exchangers of hydraulic system and of heat engine are installed in the heat accumulator.
EFFECT: transfer of energy of position at lowering load down into heat energy and further transfer of heat energy into mechanical one for driving hoisting facilities.
