FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to heavy machine building and can be implemented in all branches of industry, mainly in branches of heavy engineering. The rolling bearing consists of free and tight rings, and of rolling elements placed between them and made in form of conic rollers contacting rolling grooves of free and tight rings with constant and similar rotation frequency. A thrust bearing with a spherical head is arranged from the side of the bigger diametre of the rollers; the thrust bearing is of two-stage type and it contacts the thrust bead of the ring, while the thrust bearing is equipped with the ring. The conic rollers are arranged in two rows and contact the rolling grooves of the rings and each other in three lines, thus forming integrated closed circular assembly of rollers. Plane of linear contacts of rollers of one row and rollers of the second row passes, for example along lengthwise axis of symmetry of the thrust bearing. All conic rollers have a through coaxial hole wherein a grease cup is installed from the side of lesser diametre of the roller. A rod made, for example out of metal ceramics is rigidly fixed behind the thrust bearing. The spherical head of the thrust bearing is made with eccentricity.
EFFECT: facilitating higher frequency of rotation, trouble-free operation of bearing under extreme conditions, reduced noise, increased hoisting capacity, increased service life and reliability of bearing operation, elimination of losses of lengthwise stability of rollers, of their skewing and jamming; also elimination of rubbing friction of ends of rollers against ring beads.
