FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: radial-stop rolling bearing consists of rolling elements - two-step rollers (2). The radial-stop rolling bearing contains internal double-flange ring (4) and external single-flange ring (1) with rolling paths, further, it contains rolling elements arranged between them and made as rollers (2) uniformly installed in seats of separator (3). Rollers and made two-stepped. A bigger step of roller (2) contacts only the rolling path of external ring (1), while smaller step of roller (2) and its two sections contact in line only the rolling path on internal ring (4) at continuous and equal rotation velocity. At least one rolling path of ring (4) is made with at least one groove to create a gap with a bigger step of the roller; also the bigger step of the roller is made spherical. The rolling path of ring (1) has a spherical section. Ring (1) is removable, while the spherical part of the rolling path of ring (1) projects beyond symmetry axis of sphere, for example at 2…3 mm.
EFFECT: conversion of spherical one-row rolling bearing into radial-stop with removable external ring allowing distortion of internal ring relative to external one while maintaining service life, elimination of slippage of rolling elements relative to rolling paths, and increased operation life of bearings.
