FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to production of mechanical rubber items, particularly to production of rubber-cord casing for pneumatic shock-absorbers. Rubber-cord casing consists of power cord frame, of coating (external) layer of rubber and of removable sealing chamber. For air withdrawing there are made through drain openings in the coating layer of rubber or in the coating layer and frame.

EFFECT: ensuring complete removal of air between rubber-cord casing and thermo-chamber in process of filling pneumatic component with working gas and eliminating coating layer of casing separation.
