FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: one of tight elastic chamber end face walls is furnished with pipe union passing inside the said chamber and in into the circular disk, the aforesaid union being arranged along the said chamber axis. Low friction factor material, sliding layer, is arranged on the said tight elastic chamber to get deformed on forcing air into the latter. Load-bearing net-shaped carcass envelopes the said tight elastic chamber with the said sliding layer to increase its diameter size decreasing, at the same time, the axial size. The power-bearing carcass accommodates the second sliding layer with the coating layer applied thereto to come into contact with the inner surface of the pipe to be shut-off.
EFFECT: higher radial deformation resistance along with higher carcass strength.
