SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to fabrication of reinforcements and is designed for narrowing and smooth regulation of flow section of flexible pipeline in assemblies for distribution of mixed gypsum suspension on lines for production of building paper. A smooth regulated compressing valve consists of the first and the second guiding plates and of a multitude of elongated elements. The guiding plates are arranged at a distance along the section of the pipeline. One of the guiding plates rotates around lengthwise axis of the pipeline relative to another guiding plate. Multitude of elongated elements has the first and the second ends connected with the first and the second guiding plates correspondingly. A drive is connected with one of the guiding plates and transfers smooth regulated rotation between the first and the second guiding plates. A control device is connected with the drive and regulates rotation of the first guiding plate by means of driving through a feedback loop. Under influence of at least of one of the said first or second guiding plates the elongated elements are arranged so, as to transfer load to the pipeline and to compress it. There is a version of design of the compressing valve and guiding plate, and also the method and installation for mixing and distribution of gypsum suspension with the compressing valve.
EFFECT: increased service life and reliability of operation of both compressing valve and installation with such valve.
