FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: methods and systems are proposed for introduction of moist gypsum accelerator or other highly viscous process additive into water dispersion of burnt gypsum in drainage device after plaster mixer, in which dispersion was prepared. These methods and systems are suitable to produce various products from gypsum, such as cardboard, including wall panels and ceiling tiles. Method for introduction of moist setting accelerator of gypsum into water dispersion of burnt gypsum after mixer includes formation of water dispersion of burnt gypsum in mixing chamber, unloading of specified dispersion into drainage device and introduction of specified accelerator into specified dispersion into drainage device, while viscosity of specified accelerator makes from 2000 to approximately 5000 centipoise, and ratio of specified accelerator viscosity to viscosity of specified dispersion makes from around 2:1 to around 10:1. Also system is proposed for realisation of specified method. The second version of method for introduction of process additive into water dispersion of burnt gypsum after mixer includes formation of water dispersion of burnt gypsum in mixing chamber, unloading of specified dispersion into drainage device and introduction of process additive into specified dispersion into drainage device, while ratio of specified process additive viscosity and specified dispersion viscosity makes from around 2:1 to around 10:1.

EFFECT: increased reliability and efficiency of proposed group of inventions by prevention of untimely setting of gypsum additive.
