FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to non-contact measurement of deformations of a solid body and microdisplacements in mechanical systems. Device includes laser, beam divider, phase modulator, focusing lens, photoreceiver and deflector. Deflector consists of inclined mirrors installed on the way of one and the other beams to focusing lens, focusing lens, taking lens and photoreceiver. Deflector is installed on deflector drive. Photoreceiver is connected to deflector drive through feedback circuit consisting of in-series connected band-pass filter, phase detector and integrator. Synchronising generator introduced in addition to the device is directly connected to control input of phase modulator, and though phase shifter to the other input of phase detector.
EFFECT: providing measuring accuracy of displacements.
