FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to medicine, namely to experimental therapy and can be used for stimulation of bone resorption in laboratory animals. That is ensured by induced increase in glucocorticoid level in an animal's organism by activating adrenal cortex function resulted from creating of a situation that leads to emotional tension. Therefore, daily during 7 days, the animals are placed for 6 hours in a transparent chamber with air access holes. Dimensions of the chamber, both length, and diametre exceeds animal's size by 1-2 cm.

EFFECT: method provides adequate reproduction of model.
