FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in manufacture of osteal grafts intended for restoration of defects of an osteal tissue and for stimulation of a bone formation at an osteoporosis and other processes accompanied by resorption of osteal tissue. The method includes processing saline solution received after demineralisation of osteal tissue, filtering, finishing solution to pH 7.2-7.4, centrifugation, washing the deposit obtained with distilled water, a repeated centrifugation, of washing the deposit with water and phosphatic buffer of pH 7.4, with the subsequent triple washing of the deposit containing a target product with water and its drying at 120°C for 3 hours, an osteal tissue of a person or an animal being used Further on, the deposit is processed with phosphatic buffer at constant stirring for 1 hour, and after drying the deposit is inciderated in muffle furnaces at a temperature of 750°C for 5 hours.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and reduced cost of the method for obtaining hydroxyapatite due to the use of an osteal tissue of an animal; depression of antigenicity of the material obtained due to burning of impurity of organic substances in muffle furnaces.
