FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dressing in the form of elastic strip bandages. According to all the versions of the invention, a compression elastic bandage is formed of two-layered knitted foundation fabric with its layers connected by elastic yarns. Under the first version, one layer of said fabric is made of synthetic yarns modified by an antimicrobial additive containing silver ions. According to the second version, at least one layer of the fabric is made of a natural and/or artificial yarn and treated with an antibacterial composition, mainly jojoba and aloe vera oils with vitamin E added.
EFFECT: implementation of all the versions of the bandage of complex therapeutic effect combined with improved reliability, durability and usability of said bandage.
