FIELD: production of knitted fabrics, in particular, two-layer warp-knitted fabrics.
SUBSTANCE: elastic knitted fabric has two layers connected to each other by means of polyester and latex threads. First (face side) and second (reverse side) layers are manufactured from yarn consisting of natural or mixture of natural and chemical fibers. Natural fibers of first layer are made from camel wool, and/or alpaca wool, and/or lama wool, and/or vicuna wool, and/or guanaco wool. One or both layers are made napped. Surface density of fabric is within the range of from 300 to 600 g/m2.
EFFECT: improved hygienic and functional properties of fabric, such as strength, endurance, and air-permeability.
