SUBSTANCE: invention can be used at crossing points of pedestrian and traffic flows both at crosslike, T-shaped, etc. road crossings, and in sections of roads between crossings, for managing expedited, continuous and safe transport vehicles traffic, safe pedestrian traffic, as well as for effective use of the space above roads. There proposed is complex of dividers interacting with each other in various combinations and crossing on roads of transport and pedestrian flows, which includes the dividers installed at crosslike and T-shaped crossings of main and secondary roads, as well as dividers installed in sections of the main road between crossings. On coverings of dividers of flows, which are installed in road sections, there are turning crossovers with variable transverse slope which are connected to inclined crossovers of climbing up and down transport vehicles, installed on the roadway of the main road on both sides from centres of dividers, which allows transport vehicles to perform left-hand turn above the transport flow moving on the roadway of the main road and to perform continuous left-hand turn of transport vehicles from the main road to the secondary one and vice versa, continuous transport vehicle traffic straightly and to the right along the main and secondary roads.
EFFECT: together with solution of the problem regarding non-stop and safe traffic of transport vehicles and pedestrians, the proposed invention ensures effective use of the space above roads by erecting dividers of flows of buildings of various purpose on coverings.
